For the past five years now, Worcester Business Journal has asked its readers for the best companies to do business with. And each year, since 2014, the end result is this WBJ Best of Business list. This year, the WBJ had a record 2,155 voters recommend their top companies in at least 10 of the categories. We are proud to announce that Cinch IT, Inc. was named the Best IT Services Company of 2018.
Cinch IT’s Director of Support Morgan Hill stated “we work closely with our clients everyday to not only resolve technology issues and consult them, but we are also trying to build better relationships with them.” As a matter of fact Senior Helpdesk Technician Josh Cicio recalls when a client called into the helpdesk and ask if one of the helpdesk employee has had his baby yet. “She didn’t even have an issue. She was just checking in.” Josh says.
