Before becoming Regional Director in 2020, Tye built a diverse background spanning sales, business development, and leadership. His career has consistently centered around one mission: helping businesses grow with integrity and structure.
Today, that passion shows up in how he serves both clients and the broader Marlborough business community. Tye currently serves as Chairman of the Board for the Marlborough Regional Chamber of Commerce, guiding the chamber’s nonprofit mission and supporting local businesses across the 495 beltway. His leadership extends beyond IT, it’s about strengthening the ecosystem that local companies depend on.

His experience includes time at Sophos, where he supported over 150 sales professionals across the Americas, generating KPI reports and helping teams optimize territory performance. He also held roles at Oxford Instruments and Sigfox USA, further strengthening his expertise in systems, data, and process improvement.
