Start by going to File selecting the option Add Account you will need to Manually Configure it from here
Please select “Manual setup or additional server types” at the bottom
Select the POP or IMAP Version
Please enter your information accordingly!
Your Name: “Cinch IT”
Incoming Server: outlook.office365.com
Outgoing Server (SMTP): smtp.office365.com
Before you move on, uncheck the box on the right side in the middle that says “Send a Test E-mail”
This can pose a problem sometimes, if you would like to test the e-mail then keep it check and see what happens!
You will need to configure more settings! Select the “More Settings” button in the lower right corner
Select the “Outgoing Server Tab” at the top
Please select the “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication” check box
Select the Advance Tab
Check the Box that says “This server requires and encryption connection (SSL)”
Below this, you will see “outgoing sever” Please use the drop down menu located right below it
Select the SSL option in the drop down
Additionally you can configure the server to keep or delete emails in the section below!
